The construction scale of power supply and distribution system in modern data center is larger and larger, the requirements for reliability / security are higher and higher, the requirements for green energy saving are more and more urgent, and the requirements for automation performance are higher and higher.

The construction scale of power supply and distribution system in modern data center is larger and larger, the requirements for reliability / security are higher and higher, the requirements for green energy saving are more and more urgent, and the requirements for automation performance are higher and higher. In response to the requirements of modern data centers, the new generation of intelligent plug-in distribution cabinets adopt plug-in frame structure, complete with voltage, current, temperature and other sensors, and implement automatic monitoring of distribution cabinets, focusing on the following four aspects for improvement and Breakthrough:

1. size and type of data center distribution cabinet

The intelligent plug-in power distribution cabinet adopts frame drawer structure. The basic frame can have three depths: 400mm, 600mm and 1000mm (composed of a 400mm and a 600mm deep basic frame). The standard width of the cabinet is 800mm. Frame circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, contactors and other devices can be installed. The capacity of the distribution cabinet can be increased by 3200A to form ATS distribution cabinet, power distribution cabinet, UPS input cabinet, UPS bypass cabinet, UPS output cabinet and other power distribution cabinets according to the demand.

2. reliability / safety

The busbar and distribution busbar are fixed on the frame at the specially designed position of the switchgear through insulating supports, and the temperature tolerance and flame retardant characteristics of the insulating supports have passed the test. Molded case circuit breakers are installed in mutually independent drawers and operated by panel handles. They are completely isolated between buses and switches, between buses and people, between switches and people, between switches and people, reducing the occurrence of arc faults and ensuring the safety of operators and switches and other devices.

3. green energy saving

The plug-in distribution cabinet integrates the ATS distribution cabinet, power distribution cabinet, UPS input cabinet, UPS bypass cabinet, UPS output cabinet, monitoring power cabinet, fire power cabinet and other distribution cabinets to form a complete set of distribution cabinets, which are arranged side by side in a certain order. Different power distributions are directly connected with bus lines, shortening the transmission distance and connection points between cabinets, reducing the transmission resistance in the transmission path, and saving the transmission loss of electric energy as much as possible.

4. automatic monitoring

The distribution cabinet is equipped with a bus full power detection collector, a feed out state collector, a feed in current collector, a switch temperature collector, and a touch screen display, which can comprehensively monitor the open state operation and electrical parameters of the distribution cabinet, such as bus phase voltage, line voltage, current, frequency, power factor, apparent power, active power, reactive power, electric energy, reactive energy, input and feed out switch states, feed out current, switch temperature, etc. It can locally display bus phase voltage, line voltage, current, frequency, power factor, apparent power, active power, reactive power, electric energy, reactive electric energy, input and feed out switch status, feed out current, switch temperature, trend analysis diagram, and has RS485 uplink communication interface, which can be managed remotely automatically.
